Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Bookings that are not paid within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours in advance: Clients who cancel their session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled session will receive a 50% refund of the total session fee.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session—whether in-person or virtual—without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Full session fees apply.

Agreement
By booking a session with Deafinitely ASL LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
