Local Upstate Recurring  Deaf Events and Gatherings Organized by Local Organizations

Meets on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Fridays every Month

ASL Series at Libraries

Occasionally I will host a series as long as 6 or 8 weeks and meets once a week at local libraries. This is a free program designed to give you a snapshot of ASL and Deaf awareness. I coordinate with the program coordinator at various libraries in both Greenville and Spartanburg branches. 


I have already coordinated with those in past, sometimes I'm a frequent presenter at the locations:

Cyril-Westgate Library 

Cherokee County Public Library

Boiling Springs Library 

 

Currently I am teaching a 6-week series at: Middle Tyger Library

True Biz Coffee: (Starbucks, May 5, 2026)

Location: Starbucks: 1630 John B White Sr Blvd, Spartanburg SC 29301
Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Activities: Come meet others and order a cup of coffee or tea and catch up with classmates, or meet new friends! May discuss different ASL aspects as group or practice fingerspelling.
